The Association provides a number of services through the Maintenance Department. The cost associated with this service is the responsibility of the unit owner and will be billed to the owner.

Please contact the Management Office during regular office hours to request maintenance services.
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For after hours emergencies:

IN THE EVENT OF FIRE, POLICE OR MEDICAL EMERGENCY:  Call 911 first.

FOR ALL OTHER EMERGENCIES, CALL THE DOOR ATTENDANT AT (773) 275-5100.
