Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1^st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received the coupon book or monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 10^th of the month, a late fee of $30 will be automatically imposed on the 11^th.

Checks should be made payable to the 5100 MARINE DRIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.
